K sent this recipe for an unusual cake that defies all the normal baking conventions. It makes a moist chocolate cake with a built in fudgy layer of "frosting." The recipe was attributed to Mollie Katzen and is called Eclipse Cake, but E-Grrrl took one look at it and re-named it Swamp Cake.
