Wildflowers in the forest

img_2086.jpg

The woods are loaded with wildflowers in the spring. First the pink and white ones dot the forest floor, and then later in April the dreamy purple bluebells will create a fairy-tale landscape.

There's just no words to describe how lovely those woods and flowers are.

P.S. I love your profile picture. I'm so glad you added it. It cheers your page up. (It is already a cheery template, your lovely smile just Bams! it up a notch!)

Thank Mary LUE....

And Wendy, the frog eggs hatched and my house is full of tadpoles and pond scum.

Very soothing. Like a kinder, gentler version of "this is the forest primeval..." I can almost see the tiny fairy wings behind the flowers.

Shall I go take pictures of all my frozen tulips? Everything has been frozen and I'm so bummed. What's up with snow flurries in April?! 29 degrees this morning with the wind blowing so hard and so cold. It sucks. I went from flip-flops on Tuesday to wool socks on Wednesday. *sigh*

Shirl Grrrl--You should see my poor pulmonaria and the neighbor's forsythia! And my poodle trees with their tophats of snow. How horrid this "spring" is.

These are so pretty, they hardly look real! That top one looks like a painting, or something.
